Through the combination of heat pump installation and our patented hot air recovery system, which once processed and filtered to remove moisture, it is reused through heat exchanger tubes achieving energy savings from 40 to 50% depending on the surface and product to be dried.

This, together with the implementation of a system of temperature control probes in each belt, humidity control sensors that emit continuous values that are parameterized through the Energysave by Agrotec software, automatically adapting (autopilot driving effect) the optimal drying/dehydrating speed at each moment and according to the characteristics and variables of the product input,  maximizes the efficiency of the final process, achieving a production increase of around 20%.
