The company JPG DESHIDRATADOS SL, is going to proceed to build new facilities and hires us to improve production efficiency and be more competitive in production cost in its process of dehydration of bell pepper and other products, proceeding to remove its simple hot air belt dryer with burner and install a new turnkey continuous belt drying plant.
The plant has 2 product entry systems.
– Bell pepper line, reception in hopper by pallets, elimination of leaves, washing, splitting and pre-drying on an elevator belt until it enters the dryer.
– Line of vegetables, herbs, and greens by reception on moving floors, vibration by shakers, cutter, washing, and pre-drying on elevator belt until it enters the dryer.
A 5-level dryer is installed with our ENERGYSAVE by Agrotec system, consisting of a temperature and humidity control system with 10 sensors, automatic pilot speed control adapted by our software, volumetric control of biomass input to the boiler, and total heat recovery system for moisture extraction through heat exchanger tubes.

They had a problem in the manufacture of pellet granules, as they did not have enough drying capacity, their production process was slowing down, and they wanted to be more competitive in energy saving.
After study by our technical office, it was decided to opt for the assembly of a dryer with biomass boiler and heat recovery of the external generators that are in use in the facilities, an exchanger is designed recovering all the waste heat from the jackets of the engines of the generators, with a saving at certain times of the year of 70% of the energy cost.
In terms of drying production capacity, the new installation increases from 1,800 kg/hour to 6,000 kg/hour.
With the designed heat recovery, it is not necessary to start up the boiler during most of the season.
